  • Ústretový prístup ku klientovi, recepčné ochotné poradiť alebo vyhľadať potrebné informácie, dostupnosť do centra i ďalších turisticky zaujímavých lokalít.

  • Len kozmetické defekty: Pokojské, ktoré chcú upratovať izbu už o 8.15 aj cez víkend a sviatok a ak ich vyslovene nepožiadate, aby prišli neskôr vo vašej neprítomnosti,už sa nevrátia. Reštaurácia oproti recepcii má síce detský kút i stoličku, avšak chýba prebaľovací pult (hoc i malý, rozkladací) na toaletách. Priestoru je tam dosť a matky by aspoň nemuseli improvizovať.
